सभी परीक्षार्थियों को निर्देश दे कि परीक्षा के दौरान किसी भी प्रकार की असुविधा एवं मूल्यांकन संबंधी त्रुटि से बचने हेतु OMR शीट में उत्तर के गोले केवल काले (ब्लैक) पेन से ही भरें/काले करें। अन्य किसी रंग के पेन, पेंसिल अथवा अनुचित तरीके से गोले भरने पर OMR शीट के मूल्यांकन में समस्या उत्पन्न हो सकती है, जिसकी जिम्मेदारी संबंधित परीक्षार्थी की होगी।

//आवश्यक सूचना// RGPV यूनिवर्सिटी भोपाल के नवीन निर्देशानुसार इस वर्ष से सैद्धान्तिक परीक्षा (Theory Exam) हेतु विद्यार्थी 11.00am के पूर्व अपने निर्धारित परीक्षा कक्ष में अपने टेबल पर बैठ जाये। 11.00am के पश्चात किसी भी स्थिति में परीक्षा कक्ष में प्रवेश नही दिया जावेगा। अतः समस्त विद्यार्थियों को सूचित किया जाता है कि वे परीक्षा दिवसों में संस्था में 10.30am पर उपस्थित होना सुनिश्चित करें। विलंब होने पर परीक्षा कक्ष में बैठने से वंचित होना पड़ेगा जिसकी जिम्मेदारी स्वयं विद्यार्थी की होगी। /प्राचार्य/
