Hey friends,
Thank God for a new month!
What better way to start than by being intentional about our goals and efforts?
This month, I'm diving into some cold emailing.
Platforms like Upwork and Fiverr arenât the only ways to land clients. For instance, I got my last UI gig by reaching out directly to a developer whose proposal I saw on X. Iâm planning to do that again this month
You can connect with developers or potential clients directly, express your interest in their projects, and offer your services. Even if youâre not a designer, you can find clients on LinkedIn or other social media platformsâjust put yourself out there and show them what you can do!
If one approach is not working, donât hesitate to try another, and be confident to sell your services or business.

You'll always see job requests from thousands of clients on Upwork daily.
I understand youâve applied for some and didnât get a response from the clientâthat shouldn't discourage you.
I also apply and sometimes donât get the job.
Perhaps you're close to landing one.
Donât stop applying for jobs!

Honestly speaking, as a freelancer, you don't have a job; you have a gig.
That's why you're a freelancerâdon't get attached.
You'll always have to move from one gig to another.
If you're looking for freelance jobs, don't limit your search to just Upwork and Fiverr.
There are many niches out there, which is why you shouldnât overlook social media platforms.
In just two months on X, Iâve landed some amazing gigs in the crypto niche.
Whether you're a Designer, Writer, or Video creator,
you can leverage the space too. New crypto projects are launching every day, and they're always looking for people to work with them.
The key is to either go out and find them, or position yourself as an authority in your field so they find you.
Whichever way, just GetUP & Deal.
Don't stop playing!

They will make you good money if you master how to use them to cultivate relationships with people.
I have experienced this several times, and I humbly say I have enjoyed the blessings of God.
I've met people who didn't know me from Adam but realized they needed me and, because of that, have paid me handsomely.
But the key point here is that God wants to bless you, but you also need to work on making yourself valuable.
The right opportunity is coming your way; don't stop preparing for it.

The idea of comparing yourself to someone else will not get you far; the weight of comparison will always weigh you down.
If someone is already making $1,000, you donât know how long theyâve been grinding. You donât know the amount of failure theyâve faced before achieving that success, yet you only see their win and become discouraged about your own efforts.
Donât be foolish.
Slow and steady wins the race. Be consistent in your own work. Instead of getting jealous of others, why not mirror what theyâre doing?
Appreciate them, learn from them, and apply it to your own process.
Soon, youâll be celebrating your own success.
