On 27 August, British Management University brought together English teachers and English Language Teaching professionals for a day of professional development, knowledge sharing, and new ideas.
The forum featured the seminar “Rethinking English Language Teaching: from Theory to Impact”, as well as a campus tour, a presentation of professional development opportunities at BMU, and a certificate ceremony for participants.
We’re delighted to have hosted such an inspiring community of educators and to have created a space for meaningful exchange and professional growth. Thank you to all the participants and speakers who made the forum special!

| 17 |  +6👍 On 20 August, British Management University hosted BMU HR Forum 2026, “Talents for the Future of Uzbekistan,” uniting HR leaders, business executives, and emerging professionals for meaningful dialogue and practical insights.
The Forum became a platform for the business and HR community to debate how organisations can prepare for the changing world of work and develop the talent Uzbekistan’s economy will need in the years ahead.
Key discussions included:
🔹 Which leaders will Uzbekistan’s economy need by 2030?
The plenary session featured HR Directors and senior executives from leading companies, including Beeline, PepsiCo Bottler, Uzum Fintech, Plum Technologies, AGroup, TBC Uzbekistan and Apex Bank. The conversation focused on the evolving role of HR, the growing importance of skills over traditional job titles, leadership development and the impact of AI on people and organisations.
🔹 From insights to action
Masterclasses enabled experienced HRDs, CEOs, HRBPs, and emerging HR professionals to address real business cases and explore practical solutions to current HR challenges.
🔹 Building an HR career in the age of AI
Participants discussed the capabilities that will remain essential for HR professionals as technology continues to reshape roles, organisations and the workplace.
🔹 What does business expect from HR over the next five years?
