Supreme Court bench of Justices JB Pardiwala & KV Viswanathan heard a batch of cases filed by individual players & gaming companies challenging the Promotion & Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025. The court has ordered pleadings to be completed in the matter & listed the matter for final hearing on 4th November, 2025.
