ENERGY UPDATE The integration is going to step up to another level now, it might also bring another level of spaced out, exhausted, in another dimension, that said we will also have nearly a week of huge heart codes. Heart sensations, flutters, might be very previlent over the coming days. Remember your light body is bigger than your physical body is, so as it expands and increases it can feel uncomfortable. It's interesting that Helena is seeing this professionally in her health care role regards the Ascension Symptoms I spoke of in the recent video.

I see a lot of clients. alot. Roughly 3 a day 5 times a week, every week, every month, every year. It has afforded me an incredible wealth of first hand experience and knowledge that I have transformed into multidimensional skills working from politicians, grammy award winning musicians, financial leaders to newcomers and many in between. It has also, however, given light over these years regards communities can often create more damage to those within its arms than nurture, especially in the early days. As a result it costs some of my clients ( who have reptilian star family for example ) many extra hours with me deprogramming and releasing the fear and information has been instilled in various layers of their consciousness and meridians so that they can finally see and meet their star family, and see and meet their higher selves who are or have elements of reptilian origin in order to talk and work with them at the highest levels including channeling them and using them for professional development and practises to help others in many cases professionally.  If all white people in 2024 said, "All black people are evil" it would cause chaos, that said, it would also be duplicitous. An alleviation of discrimination beyond our planet and into the stars for us to ascend is needed still. The ETs - They know the level of hostility we still maintain in our naivety towards them and who they really are. It is us who are stopping them coming still ( in my humble opinion ) This is why 3 different species of ET tell me still.  If there are reptilian entities that are causing clients issues I usually have to find and speak to them first hand. From all the hours of professional experience I have encountered in client sessions over the years, only 20% or less are what communities would call malevolent. There are a huge variety of reptilian beings who are Andromedan for example and many of them can appear as light beings when I see them first hand.  So ultimately my message today ( inspired by traumatised clients I have looked after this week ) - is that, if spirituality and the new age is something you are interested in, by all means dabble on the internet, but if you are serious, or want to turn this into a profession or seek truth beyond the distorted data existing, one will need to switch off the phobic noise from those who are not first hand experiencers or just become an experiencer yourself and learn the tools first hand because the online gossip seems to play havoc with the discernment of so many light workers and then they just end up giving up in confusion. When I started getting information for myself in 2012, that was when the Arcturians came in and the journey really began. I became independent. It suggests that if you can learn the multidimensional skills yourself - Then you are free of all the noise and ready to go direct. To see for yourself what is really out there beyond fear. - The fearful towns folk said -  "Don't go near the witch on the edge of town she will turn you into a toad" - So the young girl went along because she was deathly ill and no one else would help.
