We wanted to inform you of a small issue that recently occurred with USPS manifesting. USPS has marked a number of previously manifested labels as “non-manifested” due to the age of the labels. Additionally, today, our system generated some labels that were correctly manifested at the time of creation, but USPS has since marked them as non-manifested for the same reason. Please note that these labels are fully valid and safe to use. They will be delivered without any issues. However, since USPS currently displays them as non-manifested, this may cause confusion for you or your customers. We are actively working with USPS to resolve this matter and ensure it does not happen again. In the meantime, we will issue a refund to your account for the affected labels. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. As always, we believe in transparency and felt it was important to notify you as soon as we identified and confirmed the issue. Thank you for your understanding and continued trust.
