Comparing yourself with others takes up a lot of energy & time. Compare yourself only with a few people who's lives you truly want to aspire to come close to. Everything else in between is a huge distraction.

So what if climate change is wrong? Are you going to regret not polluting the atmosphere?

Conscientious is your ability to directly impose order in chaos. You should be able to tolerate maximum chaos within a domain as much as possible. Your ability to deal with "problems" in life, increases.

You can decide how you feel about things. Train your mind to amplify the bad vibes when you indulge in activities that are damaging to you. Train your mind to amplify the good vibes when you do things that are improving your capabilities in the long run.

Fundamental reasons why people get hurt and/or hurt others: 1) Ignorance 2) Fear & Insecurities 3) Selfishness 4) Desperate desire for Love 5) Lack of consciousness & development

Don't spend time with people who sold their soul to the Devil. These people are possessed by the devil. They have too little conscience or control over their own psyche. Protect your integrity.

F-influencers shitting on people for buying a cup of coffee for getting through their day, is not only cringe, but also harmful & dysfunctional. It's much more responsible to NOT buy iphones, mac, luxury cars, cut off Netflix, social media. But hey, what works is not sexy.

"Learning" in a nutshell 1) Making observations. 2) Making distinctions. 3) Forming of a connection/relationships b/w the observed distinctions (concepts) 4) Short feedback loops 5) Logical ordering of distinctions.

Be conservative in your actions & work ethic. Be liberal in your expression and world view. High Conscientious & High Openness. This mix of behaviour is top notch. Best of both worlds.

The state, complexity, experience & development of mind is far more important than the kind of work you manage to get done.

You are more likely to end up homeless than you are to end up a billionaire. Keep this in mind when voting on whether we should prioritize helping homeless people find housing, or cutting taxes on Billionaires.
