📢 SEBI ने Derivatives Settlement Price की समीक्षा करने का फैसला किया है SEBI ने Closing Auction Session (CAS) को 3 अगस्त 2026 से Equity Cash Market में लागू किया था। CAS के जरिए शेयर का closing price तय होता है। समस्या यह है कि यही CAS closing price, F&O contracts की expiry पर settlement price तय करने का आधार भी बन रहा है। 🔍 SEBI को क्या Feedback मिला? पहले महीने में SEBI ने Stock Exchanges, Brokers, Traders, Mutual Funds, FPIs आदि से feedback लिया। Market participants की एक बड़ी चिंता यह है कि: > Expiry के दिन CAS से तय होने वाला closing price derivatives के settlement price को प्रभावित कर रहा है। इससे खासकर F&O expiry के समय settlement को लेकर कुछ operational और market-related concerns सामने आए हैं। 🏦 अब SEBI क्या करेगा? SEBI ने कहा है कि वह derivative contracts के settlement price की methodology में कुछ बदलाव प्रस्तावित कर सकता है। इसके लिए SEBI लगभग एक सप्ताह में Consultation Paper जारी करेगा। ⚠️ अभी कोई बदलाव लागू नहीं हुआ है। यह फिलहाल review + proposed changes का चरण है। Consultation Paper आने के बाद market participants से comments लिए जाएंगे।
