Finally, the long, laborious and unappetizing negotiations with the investment mining fund Astol Advanced Limited (Hong Kong) have ended. In anticipation of the signing of a large agreed contract, the Protocol of Intentions and the Non-Proliferation Agreement have already been signed. Our project agreed on the need to integrate our energy management systems with the intelligent software solutions that Astol Limited offers under the https://astl.io project. In parallel with the integration, the fund is ready to purchase our products, even not yet certified for Europe - energy storage and consumption systems (secondary power sources) based on new generation lead-acid batteries for its existing and planned mining centers. I can not disclose the terms of the deal, of course, but it is quite large - we are talking about the integration of drives with a capacity of up to 150 MW.
