⚡️Attention to the DePool Contest participants We analyzed the slashing statistics for the first few days of the contest and reduced slashing fines to provide better motivation for the contestants to participate in validation and earn rewards. Technically, in the formula for slashing fine we raised slashing_threshold from 0.375 to 0.382 and reduced max_fine from 33333 to 3333. fine = max_fine * (slashing_score - slashing_threshold) / (1 - slashing_threshold) These improvements were necessary for the correct motivation of the contestants and the comparability of fines and rewards. We do not foresee other changes in the formula for calculating fines. Stay tuned for more updates! #DePool

📄Follow-up for Free Ton Weekly Meeting #18 🎲Contests: ▪️The 5 Visual Brand Communications contests will have results calculated and posted very soon. In order to vote for them, the jury is waiting for the smart contract to be updated. ⚡️Attention to all participants in the DePool validator contest. Dear participants of the DePool contest, we are harried to inform you that: 1. The start of the contest has been rescheduled to Thursday, August 27 and will continue until September 20. See the updated schedule 👉on the forum. 2. DePool, Helper and Proxy's contracts have been updated to fix founded bugs - new versions published on👉Github. 3. All validators need to deploy the latest version of the DePool and Proxy contracts. It is not necessary to change the Multisig contract. Please see the current 👉instructions. 4. If your old DePool contract is still participating in the validation, then it is necessary to wait until the end of the validation and not participate with it in the next elections. DePool contracts with the old version WON'T be counted towards the contest. How to close the old DePool contract is described in the following instructions. 5. Validators who have already deployed DePool and Proxy's contracts to submitted addresses in the form of the contest need to 👉Submit a new application to receive lock stake. If the validator has not yet deployed contracts for addresses in the form, in this case new application is NOT required. 🔥UPD: All validators need to generate new addresses with the latest contracts from GitHub and resubmit the Depool Contest 👉form. 6.
