A year ago 10 days from now my life changed for ever … I know see it was a blessing in many ways. A universal wake up call. That day I truly experienced my protectors and the pure magic this realm holds. It took me many many months to feel mentally and physically able to begin a remarkable journey of self love that began as a 90 day challenge and is now simply the only way in order to help heal others to my ultimate ability I needed to heal myself. Im putting together a three part presentation of my personal journey from “Not just injury, but a multi-system failure” that should have been fatal … and yet Im stronger now than ever and have what I call super powers that are hard to explain. The first one will be released on Feb 19 the day a year ago this journey began and might well have ended a brutally. Vibrations UP!

Its been emotional … two days after my 57th birthday I looked in the mirror and saw myself … an injured shell simply going through the motions of trying to live after multiple strokes and body injuries following my accident in Feb 2024. I knew I could reverse so much of the mental and physical trauma naturally and I set out on a 90 day challenge. Today saw me take on something I never thought possible and that was returning to a climbing wall after over 35yrs!! Small steps for many but a giant leap for me physically and mentally. The combination of core strength, mental agility and muscle control was something I didnt believe I could put together again. Our mind, body and spirit are truly remarkable and we all have the power to heal naturally. Thank you all so much for following and encouraging my journey. Live Life - Love Nature - Vibrations UP!

Just occurred to me that today was day 80 of my 90 day challenge to reverse Andropause 100% naturally and rewind 15yrs of my aging process. This journey is mentally, physically and spiritually demanding, rewarding and deeply profound. The entire journey will be shared very soon in a very special podcast that will come out on the anniversary of my accident last year, an accident Im truly blessed to have survived let alone recover. Vibrations UP!
