After the fix to the fingerprint issues with cloned apps, we have now also removed a commit that was causing massive memory leaks with our Pixel Launcher. https://github.com/Evolution-X/frameworks_base/commit/ba62c13cd578bb2dad651f0f163fb3afd24ad1b1 This has already been removed from our latest source code (A16) and updates will be released to solve the issue with the memory leaks. THANKS TO @ChrisCatto FOR FINDING AND RESOLVING THE MEMORY LEAKS.

The fix has been confirmed working. All cloned apps/private space apps will now have working fingerprints again 🥳

Seems that Lunaris OS dev helped us find the commit breaking fingerprint with private space/cloned apps. Might be fixed now for both A15 and A16. Will make a test build first and have testers confirm.

If anyone is using rom-side Play integrity fix, kindly sync to today's props via Evolver > Misc > Component spoofing > Enable play integrity fix + click update play integrity fix and it should pass basic (when checked in Play store) but below will also say "device is certified".

Regarding delayed official updates, most maintainers are just waiting for Google to drop Android 16 QPR1 source code, then to be merged within Lineage so we can adapt for Evolution X. They don't want to release with current source and that's their main reason (especially Pixel device maintainers). Other maintainers were given an ultimatum to release at least 1 update before QPR1. So expect some updates within the coming days.

We've updated our google apps package to both the latest Pixel 9 XL Pro AND Pixel 10 XL Pro and we have gotten several new stuff from the latest QPR1 releases such as Advanced Protection, the new Google sounds app with all 3 new default sounds, as well as the new Pixel Wallpapers 2025 app. We're pretty sure other goodies are available as well via spoofing means. Consider it as a preview to all QPR1 stuff coming soon.
