We are seeking a qualified and experienced Toolpusher to lead the drilling shift, supervise rig personnel, coordinate drilling and third-party activities, and ensure all operations comply with approved procedures, safety requirements, and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and organize shift personnel to comply with company rules, regulations, SOPs, and approved work procedures.
• Implement HSE systems and safety measures and organize inspections and emergency drills as instructed by the Rig Manager.
• Participate in rig-move coordination meetings and supervise rig-down, rig-moving, and rig-up activities.
• Ensure rig-moving and rig-down activities comply with environmental protection requirements.
• Organize equipment maintenance and ensure all equipment is correctly operated and maintained in good condition.
• Supervise and inspect the daily performance of all personnel assigned to the shift.
• Address poor performance, unsafe behaviour, disciplinary violations, and failure to follow instructions according to company procedures.
• Ensure the proper operation, inspection, and maintenance of rig-floor equipment, instruments, and inclinometers.
• Accurately record operational problems, corrective actions, and completed activities in the shift-handover report.
• Coordinate third-party personnel, contractors, and service providers during rig operations.
• Conduct daily inspections according to the post-tour checklist and verify that all shift personnel complete their required inspections.
• Supervise rig-up and rig-down activities for special operations.

Qualifications and Skills
• Minimum 10 years of drilling experience, including experience as a Toolpusher.
• Technical diploma or relevant qualification in drilling or a related field is preferred.
• Valid IWCF or IADC well-control certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of drilling operations, rig moves, rig-floor equipment, maintenance, and well-control systems.
• Proven leadership, crew supervision, coordination, and decision-making skills.

تعلن شركة عراقية رائدة في قطاع النفط والغاز عن حاجتها إلى تعيين:
• منسق مشروع (Project Coordinator)
للإنضمام إلى فريق العمل، على أن يمتلك المتقدم خبرة عملية قوية في إدارة وتنسيق المشاريع، والقدرة على متابعة الأعمال الميدانية والإدارية بكفاءة عالية، مع مهارات متقدمة في التنظيم والتواصل وإدارة الوقت لضمان سير العمل وتحقيق أهداف المشروع.
المهام والمسؤوليات:
• متابعة الأعمال اليومية الخاصة بالمشروع والتنسيق بين الأقسام المختلفة.
• إعداد التقارير الدورية الخاصة بسير العمل ونسب الإنجاز.
• متابعة احتياجات المشروع والتنسيق مع الفرق التشغيلية والإدارية.
• تنظيم الاجتماعات وإعداد محاضر الاجتماعات ومتابعة الإجراءات المطلوبة.
• التنسيق مع الموردين والمقاولين والجهات ذات العلاقة بالمشروع.
• متابعة الجداول الزمنية وضمان تنفيذ الأعمال ضمن الوقت المحدد.
• المساعدة في إعداد المستندات والمراسلات الرسمية الخاصة بالمشروع.
• متابعة الالتزام بإجراءات الشركة ومتطلبات السلامة والجودة.
• إدارة وتنظيم ملفات المشروع والوثائق الفنية والإدارية.
• العمل على الأنظمة والبرامج الإدارية ذات العلاقة بالمشاريع.
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
• شهادة بكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو الهندسة أو أي تخصص ذي صلة.
• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال تنسيق وإدارة المشاريع، ويفضل ضمن شركات النفط والغاز.
• خبرة عملية في إعداد التقارير، متابعة الجداول الزمنية، والتنسيق الميداني والإداري.
• قدرة عالية على إدارة الأولويات والعمل تحت ضغط.
• مهارات قوية في التواصل والتفاوض والمتابعة.
• إجادة استخدام Microsoft Office خصوصًا Excel وWord وPowerPoint.
• معرفة جيدة بإجراءات المشاريع وسلاسل العمل الإدارية والتشغيلية.
• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابة تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
• الالتزام المهني والعمل بروح الفريق.
