للذي يجلسوا يرتبشوا اليوم واحد من زملائنا ذهب يشوف الحالات المتواجدة في قسم الجراحة نساء وبعدين يكلمنا GBS وكان يقول Guillian barre syndrome نحن تفاجأنا وكالعادة ضروري من جدااال😅😂😂😂.
بالمختصر
في قسم الجراحة اذا حصلت GBS معناته

Female pat. 35 year old age from sana and live there , housewife, married and has 5 offspring ,no special habit of medical important
Unknown Cause of any medical illness
Her menstrual regular with average amount .
Pat.come before one day to complain of productive cough since 3 months.
Pat.has quality well until 5 month age when she started comp. Of productive cough as gradually onset progressive in course, productive in nature increased with lining flat no relieved factor increased at night associated with chest pain , dyspnea,
No fever or sweating
No haemptysis .
No change in urine or stoll color .
SYMPTOMES Of other systems Irrelevant
No past hx of previous operations or smillar attack or blood transfiuon
No family hx of similar attacks
Pt. Live in owner house with hx of contact animal (cheep and cow )
Investigated by :
1_ plan X-ray ☝️
2-chest CT scan ☝️
DD.
A-aspirtion pneumonia
B-bronchiolitis
C-intersitail lung Fibrosis
D-hydatid cyst involved the lung 🙆♂
Best diagnostic test in stable patient with blunt trauma abdomen is👉CECT.
BUT
Investigation of choice for blunt trauma abdomen in unstable patient👉USG.
Investigation of choice for diagnosing intra abdominal bleeding in an unstable patient👉USG.

Patient of penetrating injury to the abdomen with
shock, next best step is👉Laparotomy
If Diagnostic peritoneal lavage is positive do directly 👉 Laparotomy.
