The Admission and Record Department (ARD) of IIC is in the process to update all students' particular details including parents' information for Minister of Higher Education (MOHE) related reports and IIC internal use.
Students are required to fill up this form with the updated data:

❌affect e-IPTS student's data update, which will be used as a reference to receive government incentives or scholarships.
❌not eligible for MOHE incentives such as an e-wallet from the Malaysian government, under the program "e-Belia 2023".
❌affect the delivery of information to students for convocation purposes.
❇️ All required fields in this form must be key in CAPITAL LETTER.
