Sultan Mohammed Ashraye's enthronement ceremony as the Sultan of the Argoba Jeberti Efat Sultanet was held on Monday the 10th of July 2023 after its interruption more than 450 years ago. This is a momentous day for the Argoba people and friends of the Argoba people. We pray that Allah guide and protect Sultan Ashraye in his work as the traditional leader of the Argoba people. May Allah make him amongst those who strive for peace throughout our nation.

We would like to extend our heartfelt congratulations to the Argoba people on reestablishing the Jaberti Efate Sultanet.

A historic and colorful program was held to introduce the newly appointed Sultan of the Argoba people, Sultan Mohammed Ashraye, to the Harari and the Argoba people at TTI college on the 29th of April 2023 in Harar.
