Did I tell you guys about the Holy shrug ?
Well I saw a religious father teaching about it and I do it everyday since I have heard about it.
The holy shrug is not actually getting in to deep investigation about why you thought about the bad thing.
For instance I just thought about killing my dog. Which is not cool...but instead of why I thought about that I will just move to another thought trying to find a brighter one. (This is a normal shrug becomes holy shrug when you thought about something unholy)
