Hello! I'm sharing the transcription of this solo, which is a shuffle in E. In this solo, I move through different positions, blending the minor and major pentatonic scales (what I call a hybrid scale). I begin in position 1, then shift to position 2, followed by position 3, before returning to position 1 at the 12th fret. From there, I descend, gradually working my way back to position 1 using open strings. Transcriptions like this can provide a wealth of information and help expand your vocabulary. I recommend focusing on the rhythmic cells, as they are key to truly understanding the language of the solo. One of the advantages of using SOUNDSLICE (the transcription app I'm using) is that you can slow down the playback speed and create loops, allowing you to study the solo more carefully.
