I'll give you one quick exercise so you'll figure out that what I am interested is in teaching you to see through media BS... I don't care about the dam... but if I see Zelensky accusing Russia of terrorism while the odds are they blew up their own dam, I see a liar and it pisses me off as I know some of you just take his shit as a fact. After all these conclusions, if I would be able to bet, I'd say with 80% confidence Ukraine blew it's own dam:
- Ukraine is failing counteroffensive for a while now, not able to pass through well fortified Russian positions.
- If the offensive fails, West support is in question as it is majority of the people Ukraine has military ready and trained (60-100k soldiers)
- Ukraine has proven modus operandi of blowing its own dams to prevent Russian forces from progressing
- This very dam has been discussed by ukrainian OFFICIAL a year ago as a 'last resort tactic' of Ukrainian military.
Also
Russia has nothing to gain from blowing that dam at that location. Whoever tells they are intentionally harming civilians is a fool. If they wanted to do it, the count would be in millions casualties already. And progression much faster.
That's my conclusion. This is how I approach things.
1. I don't know anything.
2. I collect data.
3. I make my own conclusion regardless of what's popular or not.

And as I found out now also Crimea will not suffer much as they have canal north of the dam
This makes figuring out who did it even harder, just the fact Russians gain nothing, and Ukrainians are getting Russian out of their megafortified positions tells a lot for now

And whoever reads that Nuclear power plant is fed through that dam is not informed well... It has its own pool. It is only re-fed to the pool for evaporation and losses through that dam, nothing more. This was a controlled military tactic by one side. I don't know which side.
But since Russians are in negative context if they did it... why do a controlled destruction then? Why not flood it all the way.
All the signs so far point to Ukrainians.

Again, noobs, please note, these were both much BEFORE the dam broke. It is irrelevant what's written now. It's official it was one of their plans.
Their counter offensive went wrong, they failed to get even one single village. They didn't even want to admit they started it... and now used the last resort tactic forcing 10,000 of their own population out of their own homes.
