I did water fasts, change in diet etc... and I got pneumonia.
The main question is: was it easier because I did those things, would it be harder otherwise... or I got it because of those things weakening my immune system.
Was it because it was in 'transition' phase where I needed to build it back up and stronger... or it was it?

P.S. And fuck it, I'm not complaining. When I had it, high fever, I was just thinking about some old lady catching that 'flu'... and thinking it wouldn't be easy for her. I am also lucky and fortunate to work this computer job where I can be away from rain, exercise, strains,... so lucky.
We are daily blessed by so many things we take for granted.
Some things are:
safety (from wild animals and imminent death)
personal, dry and sheltered space
easy access to food
easy access to abundant water supply
fresh, decent quality air
an ability to not go one day at work and survive (get food anyway, sleep safe, not lose your mates)
books (and ability to learn on almost any topic you want to)
