🌈THE IMPORTANCE OF WAITING FOR AN ANGRY PERSON TO CALM DOWN When your friend and acquaintances say deplorable things after getting angry (ghadab), you should not take what they say seriously, or entirely blame them for it. They are similar to a drunkard who remains unaware of what they are saying. https://t.me/amcounselor Instead, wait for them to cool down for remember, the devil has overtaken him and that his nature has concealed their intellect ('aql). If you become angry with anyone over what they say, or talk back to him while he is angry, then you would be just like an intelligent person facing a foolish person- or like an awaken person blaming someone who is unconscious. You would be the liable sinner. Look at him with mercy (rahma) and notice how destiny is manipulating him and how his nature is playing with him. Know that when he calms down, he will feel guilty for what happened and realize your virtue of patience (fadl al-sabr) with him. So it is best to leave an angry person to do whatever (temporarily) comforts him. This is what a son should do with his angry father, and a wife with her angry husband. She should let him say what he wants and not take it seriously because he will return feeling guilty (nādim) and apologetic. The Impact of Early Smartphone Use on Adolescent Mental Health Recent research conducted by Sapien Labs sheds light on the potential risks of early smartphone exposure among adolescents. The study suggests that early smartphone exposure may disrupt emotional development and self-regulation, leading to long-term mental health challenges. Overstimulation, constant exposure to social media, and reduced face-to-face interaction are some of the key factors contributing to these outcomes. The researchers recommend delaying smartphone ownership to mitigate these risks and promote healthier emotional and psychological development. This growing body of evidence underscores the importance of understanding the impact of technology on mental health and fostering mindful smartphone use among children and teens. https://whatsapp.com/channel/0029VaKBhhXCxoAtzpQ2Mr1s/179

ON “CLIMATE CHANGE”, HEALTHY LIVING, GOOD FOOD AND PHARMACEUTICAL DRUGS (Got as forward) https://t.me/amcounselor The second is there any Islamic position regarding being eco conscious and intentionally going for eco-friendly or sustainable items? And having to use things such as chemical or physical sunscreen. Especially because we don't know if those things are just kuffār claims. Jazākumullāhu Khayrā. Ustaadh Abu Khadeejah: As-salāmu-alaikum-wa-rahmatullāh. A Muslim should not be taken in by the “climate change” and “net-zero carbon” indoctrination and hype. These are theories invented by the kuffār scientists and hoisted on to the world population — similar to the exaggerated Covid threat (which led to the abnormal fear of healthy people) and experimental vaccines that “would save the world” that have led to countless injuries, disabilities and deaths around the world. These slogans such as “we can save the earth”, “save the planet”, “just stop oil”, “vegan is best” and “stop eating meat” are nonsense. Western scientists, corporations, media and politicians are writing the rules, and informing “the ignorant 4/5ths of world” what to do, how to behave, how many children to have, how many vaccines to inject into their children’s bodies, what true “gender” means, how many cattle to slaughter and how much petrol to put into your car! So do not be deceived by these ideas born in the West and exported to the rest of the world. Yes, watch what you eat and drink. I’ve been saying that for years! Eat healthy, raw organic food, free from pesticides (fruits, vegetables, seeds, nuts and salads) as much as you can; eat fish—and eat meat from animals that roam freely and not confined. Avoid pharmaceuticals drugs wherever possible because they are all liver toxic “bar none” (and most of them have side effects). Do regular exercise, we should be walking briskly or running for 30 minutes a day to keep up the stamina, strong lungs and a healthy heart. Take supplements such as Vitamin C (1000mg), Vitamin D (8000iu), Zinc, B3, B12 (or high dose B complex) daily. Half your dinner plate should be green (salads, or steamed vegetables), stop frying food, stop eating out so often (make it a treat every so often), avoid all sugary fizzy drinks (soda drinks), cartoned fruit drinks and junk food in general. If you eat out, go to good restaurants that serve freshly cooked food using good ingredients. Do not use harsh chemicals in your home to clean the kitchen surfaces or bathrooms (such as bleach and so on, or at least dilute them down thoroughly)—and yes, you should use safer chemicals; and beware of inhaling their fumes! Use water and vinegar mix to clean surfaces. Open the windows in your houses for a period of time each day (both in hot and cold countries). Stop relying on A/C units (use them only minimally in the house and car), use house fans and get used to climate of the country you live in (that way you’ll go out more often because you’ve gotten acclimatised to the temperature and environment). Furthermore, keep your houses, gardens and courtyards clean! Teach your children to make their own beds and keep their rooms clean! And teach them to cook (boys and girls, but especially your girls), and all the children to clean up after themselves. That’s my advice. Bārakallāhu-feekum.

[The Danger of Ishq (Obsessive, Intense Love) on a Person's Religion and Mind] Shaykh al-Islam, may Allah have mercy on him, said: "Obsessive love for someone who is impermissible (a non-mahram) contains corruption that only the Lord of the servants fully knows and enumerates and it is one of the diseases that corrupts a person's religion, and then it may corrupt their mind and eventually their body." (Majmoo' al-Fataawa, 10/132) https://whatsapp.com/channel/0029VaGebei8KMqqhswbkK1L I say: This is why it is mentioned in the hadith: "We have not seen anything like marriage for two who love one another." Feedback from our sister from United Kingdom Counseling and psychotherapy can be powerful tools for healing, but it's essential to remember that true transformation occurs with the mercy and guidance of a higher power. As a therapist, I've witnessed the importance of patience, consistency, and dedication to the healing process. Clients who commit to regular sessions and trust the process often experience profound growth and recovery. I'm grateful to have worked with many wonderful individuals, particularly sisters who have faced trauma and other challenges. With patience, perseverance, and faith, they've achieved remarkable success and healing. https://whatsapp.com/channel/0029VaGebei8KMqqhswbkK1L Understand that all success and cure come from Allah alone. As therapists, we're merely vessels for His guidance and mercy. We are humbled by the feedback we've received and acknowledge that true healing is a mercy from Him.
