I will be on a break for a while to do some... well... some things that need done now. I expect I'll be back around late September or early October. Read the early parts of this channel if you haven't already. Almost nothing I've written since then has been nearly as important as that first overview of general principles, mostly in November and December of 2020 — with one possible exception being the lessons from Moroni that I outlined last year.

On August 9, 2020, Cannon Blake Hinnant was riding a bike near his house when he was killed. His family had just come home from church when Cannon went to play outside with his sisters. For unknown reasons, a neighbor named Darius Sessoms approached and shot the 5-year-old in the head, according to a witness. "For a second, I thought, 'That couldn't happen. People don't run across the street and kill kids.'" Cannon's father said that upon hearing the gunshot, "I flew out of my front door and the first thing I see is my son laying on the ground. I had to scoop my son up and hold him in my arms as his blood ran down my arm." Cannon died on the way to the hospital while authorities say Darius's girlfriend Aolani Pettit helped him leave town.

Repost from White Mormon
“They were fighting for their homes and their liberties, their wives and their children... And they were doing that which they felt was the duty which they owed to their God; for the Lord had said unto them... Ye shall defend your families even unto bloodshed.” — Alma 43

Emmett Till did not have to die. A government that cares about its people would (and once did) enforce laws preventing their harm. The proper penalty for miscegenation would be something akin to the penalty for murder, because it is akin to murder. And likewise for the crime of attempted miscegenation, of which young Emmett was guilty. He should have been arrested and locked away in prison for a decade or two. But when the government cares nothing for its people, their future, the sanctity of their homes, then the people must seek their own justice. And the people do not own prisons, nor the means to enact any other type of penalty but one.

The state religion is negrolatry, and miscegenation — as very real form of human sacrifice — is its most sacred ordinance. politico.com/news/2023/07/22/biden-will-establish-a-national-monument-honoring-emmett-till-the-black-teen-lynched-in-mississippi-00107716

Biden will establish a national monument honoring Emmett Till, the Black teen lynched in Mississippi

The monument will protect places that are central to the story of Till's life and death at age 14, the acquittal of his white killers and his mother's activism.

It should not be strange to see those who would reject the Book of Mormon nevertheless embrace many of the truths that it contains. Because the source of these truths is also the Author of our universe, they can be seen and acknowledged by all.

Do I even need to quote Helaman 6 or Ether 8 again? Enough.
