Enhancement of Cleaner’s Training Requirement Under Cleaning Business Licence with effect from 31st December 2022. In June 2021, the Government announced its acceptance of the recommendations by the Tripartite Cluster For Cleaners (TCC) which included enhanced training requirements (ETR) for cleaners. With the new mandatory training requirement, licensed cleaning businesses must ensure : 1) All cleaners (regardless of nationality or employment type) attain two modules in accordance with their Progressive Wage Model (PWM) job title, by 31st December 2022, as follows: · ONE (1) Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) module, AND · ONE (1) Core module (from list below ) 2) All Cleaning Supervisors are also required to complete the following modules : . ONE (1) Workplace Safety & Health (Level 3 ) module , AND . ONE (1) Core module (Level 3 ) from the list below
