@everyone due to circumstances beyond our control the DAPS DAO has deemed it necessary to have 50 DAPScoin per block sent to our Treasury wallet for funding of future developments for DAPS! The development team at Electra Protocol has graciously donated their time to help us achieve this hard fork so many thanks to them for all of their efforts!!! Please keep in mind this is a mandatory wallet update so if you have DAPScoin you will have approximately 13 days from now to complete. This will happen at block 1 180 000. If you don’t update by this block you will be running on the wrong chain so all pos and pow coins collected after that block will be worthless as all exchanges will be running with the new wallets. @everyone as mentioned in the previous message the “handover” is complete. After reading the backlash in this server since the “announcement” the DAO believes some ground rules need to be set in the main tg. Our first move will be to remove all bans in the main, that being said we need to get this room back to a professional level. As of right now the main telegram will be a non hostile zero tolerance environment! If you can’t handle yourselves in a professional and respectful manor you will be muted for an undetermined amount of time (it will vary from case to case). There has been an unacceptable amount of abuse in the main telegram which has lead to the loss of our most important team member. If you want a place to complain about the past take it elsewhere as we will not tolerate the attitude any more. We now have the opportunity to build this project up into the crypto it was always meant to be so it’s time to start moving forward with integrity, intention and purpose. If you have a question that may be bordering on negative feel free to send the question in a direct message to any of the DAO members. We as a community need to look forward to the future and not dwell on the past. So in an effort to move forward we are in talks with a developer to help with changing the path of the emissions that go into the development fund. We have been told it’s a fairly quick and easy hard fork but at the moment we are still researching so please have a little bit of patience as we figure everything out. The handover to DAO is complete and has been since mid July starting with the handover of vital properties first like the server accounts, the last item which was the main DAPS TG channel was completed yesterday, and we ask that you please refrain from making assumptions or making false claims about this process please. Dean and NoNo own all DAPS related properties from the Github to the servers to all the social media accounts and more. We anticipated that many more of you would join the DAO and assist in building forward as a community like you always wanted, but it seems unfortunately some would like to focus on being negative and doing nothing, instead of joining in and helping and moving forward. We hope to see this change soon as many more hands are needed on the project to be able to function and grow. There will be a public press release next week by the previous leadership legal representation and that will conclude the handover officially. Thanks and enjoy the rest of your week.

@everyone thank you for your continued support as we work through the transition to a 100% community ran project. At this point the DAO is working on completing four key tasks that will help make DAPS project a self sustainable organism! 1) a multi crypto multisig wallet 2) a key holding system for all of DAPS properties/passwords 3) bill payment/processing system 4) generate enough passive income to pay all monthly bills On another note messages have been left with Adel and Andrew regarding the DAO needing access to key wallets and The Main Telegram account in order to complete the handover. These messages were initially met with hostility then complete radio silence for the last four days. The DAO is now discussing the next steps regarding these two very important pieces to the DAPS community and will inform the community when we have some answers. Thank you everyone for your patience as we work towards being a 100% community owned and operated cryptocurrency!!!

Hello everyone, we figured out the issue with those trying to join the DAO with USDT. Please use USDC instead or one of the other token options available on the DAPS DAO, USDT seems to have an issue with the gas fee. IMPORTANT - you have to also unlock / approve the token as seen in the blog screenshots for your tribute first and wait for metamask to process the request.
