1. English is one of the "differentiator" subjects in IFS because marks of the candidates vary widely from 130s to 190s. The best score I know from this year is 195 which is extremely high!! 2. Make sure you learn formats for letter/ report-writing. These are easy marks you shouldn't miss out on. 3. Similarly, grammar is also a high-scoring area. It is easy to score 45 out of 50 if you just study previous year questions. No need to read hi-fi grammar books. 4. Finally, definitely practise a couple of papers before the actual exam. This practise can give a boost of 20-30 marks.
