There is a change in exemption rules in new syllabus.. Refer last para.. It is important. It means if you get exemption in new syllabus and can't clear group in 3 attempts than in 4th attempt you have option to carry forward it with condition for passing you get minimum 50 in other subjects. Now there are 2 scenerio - 1. If you haven't exhausted your 3 attempts there is no change for you.. No minimum 50 marks requirement. 2. If you exhausted them under old syllabus in my opinion you can't carry forward it since this is applicable on new syllabus. You can check with icai via e sahayata once. Options available to post results πŸ“Œ First read all three 3 pages carefully and completely See page no 49 - Icai won't deduct your marks πŸ“Œ Also, the rti route includes verification but you can apply for verification separately via icai just for safety (Only if you got 57-59 or 195-199 something). But don't keep any hope there are very less chances of an increase like 0.001% πŸ“Œ There is nothing like you will get your copies early if applied via ICAI. It will take 25 - 50 days. Whether you apply via ICAI or RTI. It is all luck. But those who apply copies early generally get them early Full pdfπŸ‘‡ https://resource.cdn.icai.org/58375exam47585.pdf πŸ“Œ Many people are confused about the inspection of copies. In very older time if you wish to see your copies you need to visit their Noida or Kanpur office. Where you can inspect your copies in icai office. But with help of the internet, this concept is no more relevant as they send them by mail. So inspection or certified copies, both are the same Regards @cafinal7

Changes in CA final syllabus

Msg to those future CAs who couldn't clear as I am getting msgs I know many guys didn't clear I want to tell those I am available for any help (give me time for replies) If you need more comprehensive help, may schedule a call also Details https://t.me/cafinal7/4027 All you need is the right strategy with hard work I asked one of my seniors who is a rank holder in all CA levels what is his most golden tip for CA success First, make sure u get 40 then eventually work towards 50 then 60. Secure minimum 40 in all subjects first like preparing 60 marks course in such a way no one can take more than 20 out of it. One piece of advice from my brother (he is CA) He said never do the target of 200 have a target of 230+ so if anything like wrong marking scaling mistakes you get 200 just take a margin. In his words if u get 195 u failed by 20-30 not 5 so have an outstanding level of preparation (again his words one might argue on it, he said me the same when I got 192 and failed) My fav. Quote Hope is the good thing maybe the best of things and no good thing ever dies (Movie quote - Shawshank redemption) Have your focus like Arjuna.. Believe me with that mentality noone can beat you. See this video on this! https://youtu.be/EBX8YKxbp8s This link have many resources link My booklet can be downloaded from 1st link. that is must refer! https://t.me/cafinal7/3539 Best of luck for next attempt! Regards CA Uttam Kalika Also watch 12th fail... Definitely it will boost your morale!
