As the world summarises all their great achievements over the year, it's easy to feel like you're under-performing or not good enough. Behind each of these successes is hours of hard-work, countless moments of pure luck and endless obstacles.
Use other people's success as a means of motivating yourself. If the first thing you feel when you hear other's success is 'why not me?' then there lies the answer. You were busy trying to work out why someone else was succeeding whilst they were out there succeeding.
Success is relative to each person. For me, success may be a job that brings food on the table; for someone else success maybe the ability to travel, for others sucess may be raising a family. You define your own success, not society. Relax, set your goals and live life for you.
Also don't be fooled by seeing dozens/hundreds of supporters for people and equating that to the reason they've done well. Most came after they reached 'success'. That's sadly how things work. If you ask them who was there at the beginning, it is almost always a small handful.

كل عمل صالح تعمله يُسجل و كل عمل باطل تعمله يُسجل، فأحرص على الصلاح دائماً
Every good deed you do is recorded and every bad deed you do is recorded, so always strive for goodness
"Some of the greatest Imāms in our Ummah died at a young age but accomplished great works; Allāh ﷻ granted them the ability to value their time".
[Muftī Muḥammad Ibn Adam]
There are a lot you have done and a lot you haven’t. But they don’t define your value. You are worthy.
