i would like to clarify that the downroute trip driver in this picture started his trip 5 mins earlier due to the 11.48am driver not starting the trip!

I verified myself that frequency was not followed as per the contract

To ensure punctuality for the @nus_singapore students who are going to the Multipurpose Sports Halls (MPSH) venues during Semester 1 examinations on Saturdays, we've increased NUS Internal Shuttle Buses' (ISB) frequencies in collaboration with the Registrar's Office.  Do plan your journeys in advance to avoid any delays. #NUSCampusServices @NUSOnTheMove

Here's a PSA to Comfort Delgro in lieu of finals starting tomorrow: I know that you've already decreased bus capacity because of low ridership, but take note, finals starts for students tomorrow. It would be wise to not have 1 bus/2 bus bunching during these timings: 8am-9am 11.15am-1pm 3.15pm-5pm 7.15pm-8pm expect lots of complaints if you don't improve bus frequency timings then
