In the evening at MCS CAREER CAMP today we explored different schools of thought in psychology. We prepared presentations in which they talked about: ✨main ideas of the school ✨main psychologists ✨main research techniques🧐 We explored the methods of cognitive psychology using the memory of numbers method and Pierson-Ruiser method🔠 Are you coming tomorrow to join our camp?

MCS CAREER CAMP We met with a psychologist today and she taught us about Cognitive-behavioral therapy. We did a lot of exercises, asked & answered different questions🧠🎭 Join our camp this summer!

SUMMER SUPERHEROES CAMP We just finished the 5th Superheroes week this summer. It was amazing! MCS School Silverwood children started this day with morning exercises🏃💪 Then they cooked Yummy Revuelto Gramajo🍳 and had some interesting extra classes. MCS School Polyanka kids tried different types of paint. They used spray paint, regular one and even soap bubbles🫧 MCS Secondary School children cooked an amazing Chocolate Cake for breakfast 🍰 They also learned how to make real Matte tea today and how to drink it using Calabas and bombilias🧉 We also played a friendly match in the afternoon between 2 summer camps: 🦸🏻‍♂ Superheroes camp VS 🤵🏻‍♀️Career camp JOIN OUR CAMP NEXT WEEK!

Today we had an amazing guest in MCS Career Camp - fitness coach and bodybuilder💪 We learned about different trainings, tried some of them, learned about sport food, tried some healthy sweets and made our protein shake🍪🥤

She answered many questions - thank you so much! ⌨️We learned why blogging is a part of nutrtionist career, how to give information in a clear, captivating. And at the end we wrote several posts about our day using new knowledge. In the evening we took a glance at healthy lifestyle as a business👨🏻‍💻 We tried to create healthy food products, brand them, create logos for the brand, catchy slogans for the product and jingles and than we presented them to the group🧃🥫🥡
