Sir/Madam, It is informed that it has been decided to revert back the operations from DR to DC. Entire exercise commences from 4 PM onwards. All applications of CSI/CBS/PLI/ RSI/NI will not be available till operations are resumed from DC, which is expected to be around 5 AM on 11.01.2023. Thereafter the operations will continue from DC. Required instructions may be circulated to all and plan the business operations accordingly. EOD Instruction 09.01.2023 Dear Sir/Madam, This is regarding Finacle EOD Instructions for 09/01/2023. Due to Finacle login issues several POs were not able to perform transactions today (09/01/2023 1030 hrs). Technical teams are looking into various issues like Finacle Login, Agent Portal, CTS. POs who have performed transactions today morning which may be in ENTERED/POSTED/PARTLY POSTED status. Details of the transactions will be shared as and when received from CEPT EOD Team after Finacle is accessible. Divisional SPOCs will arrange to clear these EOD blockings and make EOD of the Offices under their juridiction. POs might not be able to perform transactions today in Finacle post restoration. Hence PO officials may leave office. It is requested to kindly ensure that Division/Regional SPOCs officials are available for supporting CPC team. POs may kindly be informed accordingly.
