We wish to inform our esteemed customers that we will be performing a scheduled maintenance in our TPE (Taipei) data center. This maintenance is scheduled to commence on July 16th at 01:30 and is expected to conclude by 02:30 UTC+8.

However, we must note that despite all possible precautions, there is always a chance of issues arising during any maintenance work, which may result in temporary disconnections for some users.
During this maintenance, we will be transitioning from a single dark fiber to two non-overlapping dark fibers for backup redundancy. This upgrade is aimed at enhancing our service reliability and further improving the quality of our services.
After this maintenance, we expect to provide a total interconnect capacity of 400G within the two data centers, which includes 200G 1+1 backup. This will provide you with improved data transfer and access speeds.

We have noticed that the BGP session between our network and the Route Server (RS) of the Equinix Internet Exchange is experiencing instability. We have confirmed that this issue is not due to link jitter and have reached out to Equinix for troubleshooting assistance.
Please be aware that there may be about 1 minute of network jitter around 10:15, which is caused by BGP reconvergence.
