🔹Why and how “sleep on it” actually works🔹
• The mechanism:
o Bad memories wrapped in emotional envelope (powered by norepinephrine = stress chemical)
o Feels raw, painful, inescapable
• REM sleep's role:
o Brain halts norepinephrine release (only time in 24-hour cycle)
o Replays memory WITHOUT stress chemical attached
o "Rewatches footage without emotional soundtrack"
• Result:
o Wake remembering event but trauma downgraded to history: Intensity is decreased.
o Sleep converts "Terror" into "Wisdom"
• Bottom line: "Sleep on it", a most powerful biological antidepressant known.

🔹LESSON 05/100 - Limit Screen time, especially for children.
Screen time guidelines for children
• What it is: Total daily time viewing mobile, TV, computer, tablet, or any screen device
• Under 2 years: NO screen time (exception: occasional video calls with relatives)
• Ages 2-5 years: Maximum 1 hour/day (less is better)
• Older children & adolescents: Balance screen time with essential activities:
o 1 hour physical activity (play time), Adequate sleep (varies by age; teens need 8-9 hours uninterrupted), Schoolwork, Meals, Hobbies, family time.
o If any of these activities is displaced due to screen use, then it is called excessive screen time and it should be reduced.

The Topic for the day is -
🔹You’ve been forcing sleep wrong your whole life🔹
3 AM. Eyes open. Exhausted but wired. It’s not always stress, screens, or lack of discipline.
¤ Your brain has a two process sleep system, and you only know one.
- System 1: the circadian rhythm, light-triggered and predictable; a 24-hour clock regulated by hormones, especially melatonin. As light exposure decreases, melatonin levels rise, signaling your body to sleep. This is the one everyone talks about.
- System 2: Adenosine accumulation, the brain’s chemical sleep pressure. Adenosine is a neurochemical byproduct of neural activity that builds up in your brain the longer you're awake. Every hour of being awake adds more adenosine, creating increasing pressure to sleep.
¤ These systems don't communicate.
Your body clock says 'sleep now.' Your adenosine says 'not enough pressure yet.' They fight. You lie there. Awake.
¤ That’s why most sleep hacks fail: you fix one system while the other sabotages you. Try to sleep at 8 PM? Circadian says yes, adenosine says no. Pull an all-nighter and try sleeping in the morning? Adenosine screams yes at 6 AM while your circadian rhythm flips to wake at 8 AM. You end up destroyed.
¤ Each night of poor sleep reduces your next-day cognitive performance by roughly 14%. Follow to learn more about sleep, our most basic human need.

Where you sit back, Relax and watch our video on one important topic, Everyday!
The Topic for the day is -
🔹What is Collective consciousness?🔹
The shared beliefs, values, and ideas common to a group, acting as social glue that holds societies together despite individual differences. Concept developed by French sociologist Émile Durkheim.
¤ The Core Idea
Imagine your friend group. You all probably share similar ideas about what is right and wrong, what's cool and what's not, and what matters to you. That shared understanding? That's collective consciousness. It's like everyone's on the same page about certain things without necessarily talking about it all the time
¤ Everyday Examples
• Moral values: Universal agreement that stealing/lying is wrong, helping others is good
• Gender norms: Society's shared expectations for male/female behaviour and presentation
• National identity: Pride expressed through holidays and celebrations
• Viral movements: #MeToo's shared outrage spreading through social media
• Fashion trends: Collective adoption of styles without external force
• Sports events: Billions uniting during Olympics/World Cup
• Language evolution: New slang ("vibe check," "bussin'") spreading organically
• Generational consciousness: Gen Z worldwide sharing TikTok culture, Instagram aesthetics, meme humor, and common slang regardless of geography
¤ Impact
• Positive: Creates unity, solidarity, and collective action (e.g., environmental movements fighting climate change)
• Negative: Can produce groupthink, suppress critical thinking, and be manipulated by leaders and corporations for political or commercial agendas
¤ Why It Matters
1. Your beliefs are shaped by surrounding groups more than you realize
2. Collective agreement creates powerful social change; both constructive and destructive
3. Politicians, corporations, and platforms exploit it to influence thinking and behavior
4. You actively help shape future collective consciousness through your generation's values
5. Understanding it enables questioning whether you genuinely agree or merely follow the crowd
