HUGE WIN—After today’s hearing, Federal Judge Presnell announced that he will be GRANTING our motion for preliminary injunction against The City of Palm Bay on behalf of our client, Councilman Chandler Langevin. The City unlawfully violated Councilman Langevin’s First Amendment rights by removing his ability to speak during portions of City Council meetings, in response to his statements against immigration. JUST FILED—Today we filed a lawsuit against Hillsborough County on behalf of our client, Army Veteran H.K. Edgerton, for violation of the First Amendment. The county unlawfully discriminated against my client based upon his viewpoint when they removed him from the 61st Annual Veteran’s Day ceremony because he wore the traditional service uniform of the Confederate States Army to honor fallen confederate soldiers. Hillsborough County’s attempt to punish & silence those who wish to honor our American history is illegal & they will lose in court.

As a member of the Lake County Commission, I & the other board members will be exercising all legal options to RECOUP the economic incentive funds that were granted to Kroger Co. (before I joined the board) & other affiliate companies, now that they have violated the agreement & announced closure—stay tuned

JUST IN—Today Sabatini Law Firm P.A. filed a lawsuit on behalf of my client Professor Richard Addante against the Florida Institute of Technology for unlawful termination. Florida Tech terminated Professor Addante after he recorded the President of Florida Tech discussing his plan to secure state appropriations by misleadingly re-titling course names and programs in order to conceal their race-based content & focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Prof. Addante shared the video with James O’Keefe—O’Keefe Media Group—& once it was released, Florida Tech terminated Addante. Woke college curriculum is insane & has no place in Florida.

I really haven’t commented on the Florida Governor’s race until now because I thought it was just too early But I’m here at the Republican Liberty Caucus dinner tonight in Brevard & I just sat through my 1st full Byron Donalds speech since I served with him in the Florida House I can objectively say this is one of the top 3 most boring speeches I’ve ever heard in politics Honestly, the most lifeless thing I’ve seen—cold as a dead fish Extremely Bush era—very previous generation—not ours. We need new energy We need somebody else to get in this race immediately because Byron is just not the right guy at this moment for Florida He just doesn’t have the populist energy that now animates the Right Many good people could get in—Gaetz for example Has to happen
