From MY experience, I utilize 2 banks of which the first routing number wouldn't work, tried it numerous times. Then yesterday morning... Holy crap, audit note Wednesday morning, I woke up and thought to try the other bank (BMO), and it seemed to have worked first try. Well, I woke up now yesterday morning (Thursday), checked the app and the new credit card amount owed was and so is at $0. I then later on called the credit card department or whatever and she confirmed that the payment was made the day prior and the amount is at $0. I recommend trying different routing numbers until you find one that works. The one that works for me is the BMO routing number as follows 071025661 As for the "account" number, you want to input "000" followed by your SSN, should look like the following but ONLY numbers, no symbols or letters. 000xxx-xx-xxxx So in closing, it should look like the following (again, using the routing number that worked for me as an example, use of you want but you don't have to if you don't want to... Unless you can't find any others to work). 071025661 000xxx-xx-xxxx 000xxx-xx-xxxx Then submit or whatever option it gives you to do.
