يسون pancreatitis
🔹Liraglutide & Emapliflozine
يفيد للي عدهم مشاكل قلب و H.F
🔹DDP4& GLP1 agonist
ممنوع ننطيهم سوه لان تداخل بالميكانزم ويصير toxicity
🔹Sulfonylurea
ممنوع انطيها وي الانسولين او وي ال glinides
لان يصير hypoglycemia
🔹gemfibrozil ..
لا يعطى مع ال repaglinide لان يزيد تركيزه ويصير هبوط السكر

ممنوع كلش للي عدهم مشاكل قلب و H.F

🔹SGLT2 inhibitors
تؤخذ قبل اول وجبه باليوم
حتى اذا كان الغداء اول وجبه ف تؤخذ قبله
