Civilization comes at a cost. The price is steep, all things good and mighty surrendered, virility, wildness, risk. It costs our Strength, our Courage, our Wisdom, our mastery of self and most of all our honor and nobility. BCNMindset@proton.me

Repost from Hyperborean Radio (The Final Episodes)
"It was the Yuletide, that men call Christmas though they know in their hearts it is older than Bethlehem and Babylon, older than Memphis and mankind"-H.P.Lovecraft
Are You Primal Enough for Hyperborean Radio (Uncensored)?
Thy rest was deep at the slumbererâs hour,
If thou didst not hear the blast
Of the savage horn, from the mountain-tower,
As the Wild Night-Huntsman passâd,
And the roar of the stormy chase went by,
Through the dark unquiet sky!
The conventâs chanted rite was stayâd,
And the hermit droppâd his beads,
And a trembling ran through the forest-shade,
At the neigh of the phantom steeds,
And the church-bells pealâd to the rocking blast
As the Wild Night-Huntsman passâs.
âThe Wild Huntsmanâ
Felicia Dorothea Hemans
Scotlandâs Krampus is known as 'Crom Dubh na Nollaig', which means 'dark crooked one of Christmas'.
Children on Islay (Hebrides) were threatened with a visit from him if they didnât behave during the festivities, and howls from the chimney meant he arrived
Good to know for those than plan on having Yule logs this season, or for campfires with kin.

The Cold is Not Your Enemy, she is among the greatest of your allies. She strengthens you. She hardens you. She emboldens the flame in your heart.
Do not fear her, let her embrace you but take care not to let her consume you.

Statue of Alexander the Great riding Bucephalus and carrying a winged statue of Nike.
Pella, Macedonia, Greece
SkaðI is a Norse goddess/giantess of winter, skiing, hunting and mountain ranges.
She lives in the highest peaks of mountains, where the snow never melts, and some have suggested that Scandinavia is named in her honor.
Although she was not born a goddess, she attained deific status through marriage to Njordr, who is associated with wealth, fertility and the sea.
Despite Skadiâs beauty, none of the gods wished to marry a giantess, and make their home in frost giant country.
Sadly, they did not have a happily ever after. Njord could not stand living in the cold mountains.
While Skadi could not bear to live by the sea, with the waves bothering her in her sleep, where Njordâs home was. In the end, the couple went their separate ways.
