Health update! My back is better. I had my second physiotherapy session today, and I managed a 6,5km walk (which is a lot compared to not being able to walk for more than 10 minutes). Hormonal contraception helps a lot with adenomyosis symptoms so far. Also, I’m 1,5 weeks into taking meds to balance insulin and thyroid hormones; so far my energy levels have changed from “I need to sleep 15 hours a day, and I can't find energy to do anything” to “I wake up around 8 am without an alarm, even when I go to sleep late, and I don’t need to nap during the day. Hopefully it’ll last, because as I can live through the constant physical pain; the lack of energy was the worst thing - because I still have the motivation to do all that I want, but my brain just kept shutting down. So getting over it is A LOT.

Nemadur has birthday today, so you can write him wishes. ALSO I managed to go on my stupid little walk (silly lil bday bouquet is the result of that). It hurt, but so far I feel like it helped. I can sit, which is an improvement, hopefully it won't worsen tomorrow.

Health update. My health issues pokemon team (adenomyosis, cPTSD, bilateral lumbar radiculopathy) has been upgraded by two brand new pokemons - hypothyroidism and insulin resistance. But! That is probably the cause of my chronic fatigue, which means now that I got meds for it, I should have more energy. So far I've been sleeping like 15h per day. It would be absolutely awesome, but I have to wait a while to see if it works. Also, today I had a bit more energy, so I've got plans to do some chores, go for a walk and finish lineart fkr that 15 characters piece, but my spine is like "no you don't" and I feel like I've got nails inside me, from lumbar area to my knees. It's truly wonderful, I can't even sit. 🙃
