ABOUT THE JOB
• POSITION: HIGHWAY & RAILWAY ENGINEER
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: FIXED TERM CONTRACT
• QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: BSC in Civil Engineering field of study with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, out of which 5 years in Airport.
KEY COMPETENCIES:
• # Oversee, review and manage the design and implementation of highway & railway works, and ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
• # Expertise in global standards (AASHTO, UIC, EN, etc.) for highway and railway infrastructure, particularly in airport settings.
• # Proven experience in designing roadways and rail systems that integrate seamlessly with airport operations, including access roads, taxiways, and transit links.
• # Knowledge of designing transportation systems that facilitate smooth transitions between different modes of travel (road, rail, air) within the airport.
