Second DXtrade Server
Our second DXtrade server is now live. We will begin to place new accounts and upgraded accounts on the new server for select plans to stress test it. Once we can confirm that it's set up correctly we will scale up the amount of accounts being created on it to balance out the first server's capacity. We are close to ensuring that we have the scalability we need.
DXtrade Mobile Application
We are approved for the google play store and awaiting approval for IOS. Once both are approved we will make them live. This is taking longer then we want but we will make sure it's done right.
MatchTrade and TradeLocker
We are moving forward with implementation for both of these platforms. MatchTrade first then TradeLocker to follow.
DXtrade Downtime Compensations

Please take note that as of 4PM EST today you must ensure that the following is complete:
▶️ Please close all open trades by 4PM EST to ensure the most up to date balance is reflected within your new cTrader account. If you do not close your open trades, they will be closed for you.
Your new cTrader account will be the same account type and balance as your DXtrade account as of 4PM EST today, once all positions are closed. Your cTrader username can be found by going to the account overview page of your dashboard and clicking the "Credentials" button. Spotware, the company that created cTrader, will separately email you with your login details and an email to set up your cTrader ID password.
We will continue to migrate those who reqeust to cTrader to preserve the Kingdom! 🏰

We have migrated 30% of the accounts from DXtrade to cTrader successfully. We are continuing to migrate accounts that have reqeusted through the live chat. Expect to hear updates if you are waiting to be transferred over. We are still discussing additiional compensations for last weeks DXtrade downtime. Even if you migrate to cTrader, if you were affected you will be compensated.
