A lot of traders do the mistake of trying to control what they can't. They try to see if they can change the market movement. They try to change the structure or feel like they can change what is about to happen. News flash... You can't. You can only contol your own trades You can control where you enter the market, and where you exit You can do that for your own trades. Of course this little talk was inspired by what I see some of my students do when they come to meet me and tell me that they are tired or feeling like to stop. I urge them to continue just a little more. I review their results with them and tell them to be more disciplined and patient.
