What you must do this September is to accept feedback. Feedback from the market. Feedback from your results. Feedback from your mentor and Co traders. You must learn how to improve from this feedback. The more you fail, the more you earn. I know it sounds counter intuitive but it's true. He who tries the most and fails the most and learns the most from failure, earns the most. Amazing if you ask me. So get that feedback. Don't be scared of them. Some traders do the mistake of thinking they are done learning. Being profitable is good. It makes you relax and wanna enjoy your proceeds 😄 I mean who doesn't like that yeah? Your continuous earnings is a good thing actually and it's good to savour the moment. But like I will advise my students, it is advisable to always try to improve. Focus on using your profitable style and system on your live accounts, But on your demo, you can try out other styles of trading. Test new works and improve with them. Weekends are the best times to review your trades. Less trading from you and it could be fun as well. But for you to do your reviewing properly, you need a good trading journal. You need to keep one. Keep proper records of your trades, results, your why, and bias. A lot of things. It is an added advantage cos it shows you your disadvantages so you can fix them. So my tip for you this week? Get a proper trading journal and review results. The best way however to do this is to have a mentor to go through the results and guide you on how best to improve. You can get mentorship with our trainings when you come on board.

Trading is all about being able to figure out the right way of the market and place trades. If you get the right direction, you make money....if you don't, you lose money. The latest tool or gadget or technology can help ease your trading...but it can't replace your skill A bad trader with the fastest computer processor is still....a bad trader. An unprofitable trader with $100k is still.... unprofitable. It is a skill issue. Not fancy gadgets and capital fix. Now, don't get me wrong. These things are quite important and can make your trading a bit better but they can replace your skill. See it like a bad driver who decided to upgrade to a super car.
