This is an HDFC Securities brokerage report published on 29th Jan 2026, where they had given a 40% downside target for " Acutaas chemicals" when the stock price was around ₹2000.
However, instead of falling, the stock is now making higher highs and has risen to around ₹2700. So, rather than falling 40%, the stock has gained more than 40%. Many people might have exited the stock based on this report.
This is why I do not blindly follow social media news or brokerage reports. I always do my own analysis and make my own decisions. I never get influenced by market noise during either bull or bear phases, and I never misguide people based on social media opinions.💥💥
💥Many stocks in the communication, optic fiber cable, and IT network sector are outperforming strongly. 💥
1. Sterlite Technologies – showing strong momentum due to rising data and network demand.
2. HFCL – performing well on expectations of strong future growth in telecom infrastructure.
3. ADC India Communications – benefiting from increasing networking and connectivity requirements.
4. Vindhya Telelinks – gaining attention because of expansion in the fiber cable segment.
5. Valiant Communications – witnessing strong market interest in the communication sector.
6. Paramount Communications – another stock participating in this sectoral rally.
The market is rewarding companies linked to data centers, telecom, and digital infrastructure.
Demand for optic fiber and network expansion is increasing rapidly across the world.
This sector is becoming one of the strongest emerging themes in the market.

Today, the PSU Bank Index is down nearly 2%. Every alternate day, FIIs are selling in the IT index or PSU banking stocks, which is keeping the Nifty 50 under pressure. In comparison, the Smallcap 250 index is witnessing very limited impact. However, whenever the Nifty 50 falls sharply, there is usually a small negative effect on the smallcap index as well.
FIIs are currently making strong profits in the US, Korea, and Taiwan markets, where a major AI and data center rally is ongoing. This is one of the reasons why I started a new Telegram channel focused on the US market. If FIIs continue earning higher returns from AI-driven stocks in other countries, they may keep shifting money out of India and into those global AI opportunities.
This will have a bigger impact on large-cap indices because FIIs hold major stakes in sectors like IT, Auto, Banking, and Realty within large-cap stocks. In comparison, FII selling has only a minimal impact on smallcap stocks.
This is the reason why the Nifty 50 is not moving much, while the Smallcap 250 index is continuously making new highs. I had already explained this clearly in my latest YouTube video.
“HFCL” & “Sterlite Technologies” are firing on all four cylinders because their future growth outlook is strong due to the data center opportunity from the US.
The market does not focus only on the PE ratio of a stock. When the market expects strong earnings growth going forward, it continues to reward such stocks with higher valuations.
Come out of the old mindset that only low PE or attractive valuation stocks can deliver strong returns. Future growth is the biggest driver of stock performance.💃💃
“Acutaas Chemicals” Multibagger stock that is moving towards delivering multibagger returns, making higher highs . No impact of market crash.
Many people think that if a stock has already delivered high returns, it cannot deliver further returns. But the market rewards future growth, not past performance. A stock will continue to outperform if its future growth potential remains strong.
On the other hand, if a company’s future growth is weak, even an attractive PE ratio and a 52-week low price may not stop the stock from falling further.💥💥
" HFCL " Again Heading to deliver big return after small correction..🚀🚀
““Yatharth Hospital” Multibagger stock is heading to deliver strong multibagger returns after crossing its all-time high.🚀🚀

💥Crude oil prices are high, so the government has to spend more dollars to import oil, which is putting pressure on foreign exchange reserves. Similarly, the government also needs dollars to import gold. Due to these rising imports, foreign reserves are falling. To avoid further pressure on reserves, the Prime Minister has requested people to reduce gold consumption and imports. This is simple mathematics. 💥
