Calamities appear when evil prevails in the Ummah:
Aisha reported:
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said,
“At the end of this nation will be the collapse of cities, the transmutation of creatures, and stones raining from the sky.”
Aisha (ra) said “O Messenger of Allah, will we be destroyed while the righteous are among us?”
The Prophet ﷺ said,
“Yes, when wickedness prevails.”

Earthquakes: Your Lord Is Warning You
Ibn al-Qayyim رحمه الله:
“Allah sometimes gives the earth permission to breathe, which is when major earthquakes happen; this makes people feel scared, so they repent, give up sins, pray to Allah and feel regret [for their sins].

Abu Darr رضي الله عنه would say:
"O people, indeed I am an advisor to you (and) I worry for you.
Pray in the darkness of the night for the loneliness (you will face) in the graves,
fast in the heat of the Dunya (in preparation) for the heat (you will face) on the Day of Resurrection
and give charity out of fear of that difficult day."

When Prophet Yunus left his town and went aboard the ship to sail away from the disbelievers that he spent years trying to guide, the sea turned stormy.
In the story we all know, the crew wanted to throw someone off the boat and they randomly drew a name – Yunus. When he was about to be thrown overboard by the other passengers, what were the possible outcomes? He was about to be thrown into the middle of a stormy sea, in the middle of the night. In all likelihood, he was going to die. But he didn’t.
A whale was sent by Allah to swallow him. And. beneath all the darkness, he called upon Allah using words that are immortalized for us in the Quran:
“There is no deity except You; exalted are You. Indeed, I have been of the wrongdoers.”
Now I want to you imagine the fear and pain that Prophet Yunus must have been experiencing in those moments? The physical pain of having the whale’s stomach acid burning through his skin, the emotional pain of being absolutely alone and not knowing if or when he’d be able to escape, and the spiritual pain of knowing that he disobeyed Allah by leaving his people without Allah’s permission.
But all that pain he was experiencing was still better than the alternative – dying in a state of disobeying Allah.
Sometimes when you experience painful events in your life, you can barely get your head above water. You want to drown in the darkness within you. You might even think that your situation is the worst it could possibly be. But how often do we stop and ask ourself – is Allah saving me from an even greater tragedy? Is He strengthening me through this difficulty so I can move forward as a better, stronger believer? Is this pain good for me, even if I don’t yet understand how or why?
To the pained dua of Yunus, Allah responded:
“So We responded to him and saved him from the distress. And thus do We save the believers”
So some of the profound message for all us to learn from this is :
1⃣ No matter the how dark itseems always continue to pray for light(mercy) of allah, do not lose hope
2⃣ Seeking repentance of allah
3⃣ Allah will always be merciful and shall continue to protect the believers through his divine wisdome and miracles - to have complete Tawakkul on him n him alone
Ibn al-Qayyim رحمه الله said:
“If a person repents sincerely, his previous bad deeds will be erased and the reward for his good deeds will be restored for him.”

As Muslims, it is our duty to love the Prophet ﷺ more than our own selves.
Loving him ﷺ means following in his way, his Sunnah. To love what he ﷺ loved and to leave off what he disliked. The Prophet ﷺ loved us before he even met us, he stood at night asking Allah SWT for our forgiveness? Is there anyone else more deserving of our love⁉️
🤲🏾May Allah SWT allow us to taste the sweetness of that Love in this life and may He allow us to enjoy the rewards of that Love on the Day of Judgement. Ameen

Narrated Damrahؓ Bin Tha'laba that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “The people will remain upon goodness as long as they do not become jealous of each other.”
Pray about it... your mood swings, your temper, your ego, your insecurities, your mindset, your emotional state, your relationships, your lack of motivation, your attraction to bad people.
Give Allah every piece of you & every vessel. Pray about it all.
"*Power of dua is indescribable**
✨Productivity should be a goal for every Muslim. And with our deen we are given literal hacks to increase productivity.
Just through the 5 prayers, that gives you a chance to reset, refocus, and physically recharges you as well.
It’s important to have goals that help you setup a productive plan. Create the plan, then execute and then stick to it consistently.
Pray and conversate with Allah for everything, even if it seems silly or impossible or ridiculous. pray for the little things and the big things.
Keep that connection between you and Allah open all day. Pray and hustle wisely in all areas of your life keeping up the discipline... then watch how miracles fill your life.
How many times have we prayed for something, only for the exact opposite of it to happen⁉️
How many times have we not wondered why God seemed to give you the polar opposite of what we were asking⁉️😓
Now think about the mother of Moses. She must have been trembling, frightened, scrambling to figure out where to hide her son to protect him from certain death by the Pharaoh.
But trusting God, she follows His guidance and casts her son into the river. And you'd think Moses would be directed far away from Pharaoh; you'd assume that God would answer the prayers of Musa's mother by taking him far away from his potential murderer. And yet what happens❓
Moses is literally DELIVERED to the palace of the Pharaoh. Doesn't that seem like the opposite of what his mother wanted⁉️ Her heart must have felt like it had been ripped out- the Quran describes it as emptied - as our hearts sometimes do when we experience the worst, despite what we thought we were doing right for the sake of God.
Yet it was through delivering Moses to the palace that he was raised exactly where he needed to be, to liberate the Banu Israel and continue to be a hero for us today. And it was through that very action, too, that his mother got her son back- and this time, with security and provision from the state.
Sometimes/many a times, in our lives, we plan and we pray and we feel like we're being slighted over and over and over again. But don't doubt His master plan. On the outside, it may seem like you're being delivered to the palace of the Pharaoh; you may wonder why, you may become angry, depressed, stressed out and you may even want to give up. But in reality, perhaps your being delivered to the 'palace' is just one step forward towards being united with your loved ones, with your purpose, and with your life-long legacy.
"...But perhaps you hate a thing and it is good for you; and perhaps you love a thing and it is bad for you. And God Knows, while you know not."
💥This is a really very important and scary Hadith💥
Pay attention so we don't end up falling into this category and wasting all of our good deeds without knowing
In this world, the sinner can be purified in one of three rivers:
🔹A river of sincere repentance;
🔹A river of good deeds that drowns the sins;
🔹A river of calamities that wipe away his sins.
