Good day, everyone. Thanks for holding our hands as we walk in this journey to re-position the Cooperative so as to fulfil the vision of affordable housing. By the grace of God, we have successfully secured 47 working days work out of 180 expected. The slowdown was because of the effect of 20 hours daily behind the screen . We have gone for different tests, and their is a need for me to take a break to pay attention to my health . This will enable me to come back refresh and sound mind to read and predict the market properly . Once I am back, We shall do our best to pick Good market so as to cover up in the remaining days.
