50 years will be lost by daily night sleep in that 50 years 5 years will be lost during our birth i e we don't understand what is happening in the first 5 years,
Now in the remaining 45 years time will be lost for bathing, brushing, dressing, other activities if we consider daily 2 hours for 100 years we will lose 8 years 4 months i.e we are having now only 37 years, in that for morning afternoon evening we spent time for eating food if we consider 1 hour daily for 100 years we will loose 4 years now we are left with 33 years, we spent time for travelling to school/ offices/shopping etc if we consider 1 hour daily for 100 years we will loose 4 years i e we are left with 29 years, by this we have lost 80PERCENT of life,
