After first dose of adenosine 6 mg , no response We repeat adenosine with 12 mg with good response We should repeat the ecg after that and it was 👆 Age 22 , no risk factors of atherosclerosis, and patient clinically stable with no complaint.. what’s your opinion regarding his ecg ?! #باطنية
