يعني مثلاً من تگول على هذا المريض وتصنفه على ان هو Atypical chest pain فهذا مصطلح خادع ممكن يخلي البقيه ما يتعاملون معاه كمريض قلب مع العلم هو عنده وصف يحتمل ان يكون مريض قلب فهذا نكول عليه possibly non cardiac يكون افضل

He’s alert fully responsive can ambulate (slowly); no history of GI bleeding no change in stool’s color; no vomiting. negative PMhx; negative Drug history BP: 100/77 PR: His ECG; regular and bradycardic, We don’t have any Ix now.
