Problem solved we are monitoring all our instance right now.
We encounter again same issue on database server and checking it now.
Today Morning Datacenter outage happened on database servers and we fixed that issues urgently. All our system is operational right now.
Dear Sharingtools, we detect outage on Database Storage server 1 and contacted with Datacenter about this issue.
Problem will be solved asap and we will release announce again

IMPORTANT UPDATE.
- If you got "Masslooking limit reached" warning, you need first enable at setting page "Additional Settings -> reset hard limit counters" and then click to save and restart your process please.
- New algorithm for Masslooking and Mass Story Like.
- Important bug fixed on counter, counter was counting Masslooking request count wrongly. We fixed issue everything is smooth now.
Preparing one more update for this issues, we will release it in 10 min.
