We were got reports about login issue due to Instagram update and for this reason we made investigation about it. We created new login functionality with latest Instagram application, it is testing on several different type of accounts and verification types.
This tests will take all tonight and tomorrow 12:00 GMT+3 we will release update. So far everything is well. We just want to be sure about all details and then release updates.
We also preparing new version of our whitelabel system. This update will contain several big changes on system which will provide ability to integrate any of modifications easily.
As you know whitelabel is working on background with Sharingtools Backend.

Dear customers, as you know we switched to subscription system completely.
All users who register to Sharingtools already responsible about Term of Use - Refund and Privacy Policy rules.
All users also responsible to manage their subscription, activate, cancel, update.
Sharingtools offers first 7 day complete refund without any issue.
After first 7 day we dont offer any refund because of then it is customer's responsible completely.
F.A.Q ;
Q - I forgot to update payment details and subscription didnt renew. What will happen?
A - Until you update and pay your invoice, system will disable your package. After 3 month of expiration, Sharingtools delete all data about your accounts.
Q- I forgot to cancel subscription and my package renewed. Refund is possible?
A- No, as we mentionned on refund terms, refund is possible about only first 7 day. When user continue to use our platform, while he run tools or no, because of their accounts using our resource and proxies, we are getting expense about it and we cannot refund payment for this reason. While if we detect any dispute or refund request by bank side, we mark as blacklisted related customer because of they are damaging our reputation and causing financial lose due to expenses and we dont approve them on our system anymore. If we detect they create fake accounts and try to use our platform, without warning we block them again. Sharingtools have advanced blacklist system on IP, Country, Instagram IDs. When you register to platform, we can offer 7 day refund guarantee because of we count it as a free trial.
