Greetings from TEAM OSMECON! Kindly go through all the guidelines mentioned below: •On all 3 days of the conference (1st October - 3rd October 2024), between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m., delegates are expected to be neatly dressed at all times in formal attire on campus. •As and when you arrive at the College campus, please proceed to the Registration desks in the Academic Building Block and collect your Delegate ID card and the Delegate Kit. •Delegates are expected to bring their College ID card without which the Delegate ID card will not be issued and will be deemed invalid. Delegates are expected to wear their OSMECON Delegate Card (which will be issued when they report on campus) at all times while on the conference premises. •The Winners and Runners-ups of all active and passive events of OSMECON 2024 will be declared and felicitated only in the Valedictory Ceremony. Hence we request all the delegates to stay back for the Valedictory Ceremony that will be held on the 3rd of October 2024 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. •Delegates are required to stay within the designated areas of the campus allocated for OSMECON. Unauthorized access to staff quarters is strictly forbidden. •The possession and use of alcohol, tobacco products, and narcotics on campus is strictly forbidden. This applies to dangerous objects and weaponry too. Those found in violation of this policy will have to face the legal consequences. •Delegates are expected to maintain professional excellence in all aspects. This applies to all interactions with all members of the host institution including all faculty and nonteaching staff as well as other visiting delegates. •Any illegal activities on campus, will be reported to the police and legal action pursued as required. •Osmania Medical College does not assume responsibility for the personal safety of OSMECON delegates or their belongings. Hence, delegates are advised to take care of their items and remain vigilant about their whereabouts on campus. •Consuming food within the event premises is only permitted in designated areas.
